Chef Coulson Armstrong

Prime Seafood Palace is led by Executive Chef Coulson Armstrong, winner of Top Chef Canada Season 12 and Culinary Director of Our House Hospitality Company, whose kitchen has helped place the restaurant among Canada's 100 Best Restaurants and in the World's 50 Best Discovery. A few times a year Armstrong shares the pass for Coulson and Friends, a one-night guest-chef series whose past dinners have brought in Au Pied de Cochon, Mon Lapin, and Alex Kim at Marilena with Kristian Leigh, with more still to come: Sunny's Chinese with David Schwartz and Braden Chong on July 19, Katy Cheung of Burdock and Co on August 19, and a dinner with Kadeau and Jeremy Charles.
