How do I make a Reservation?
We take all reservations exclusively online via OpenTable.
If you do not see availability for your desired party size, please check another date.
Reservations become available 30 days in advance with new reservations releasing at 12 AM EST.
We require a credit card to hold all reservations.
Can I call in or Direct Message you on Instagram to make a reservation?

Who do I contact for media inquiries, career opportunities or partnerships?
All inquiries about employment, media, partnerships, events or special requests should be submitted by email. From there, you will be forwarded to the appropriate person(s). Email
How do I make changes to my reservation?
To change or cancel an existing reservation, or inquire about dietary restrictions or allergies, please adjust directly through Open Table or email.
How long is my reservation window?
We allocate a seating time of 2 hours for parties of two, and 2.5 hours for parties of 3 or more.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 48 hours before the reservation time. Cancellations or no shows beyond the cancellation window will result in a fee of $35 per guest. We require 24 hours notice for any changes to be made to your party size. If you are going to be late please email.
Can I book a large group?
Our largest availability online is for parties of 8. If you are interested in booking a group of 9 or more, please submit your inquiry here.
Separate reservations may not be combined to accommodate groups. When booking reservations, please include children & infants in the party size.
Do you allow walk-ins?
Yeswalk-ins are welcomed, but we highly recommend making a reservation. Please see our reservations page for more information.
If it calls for nice weather, we offer a limited number of bistro-style tables in our private courtyard. These are available on a first come, first served basis. These tables are not fully protected from rain, and are unavailable for advance bookings.
Can we bring in our own dessert or wine? Decorations?
Our corkage fee is $75 per 750ml bottle and our cake cutting fee is $8 per guest. We kindly ask our guests to not bring decorative items into the restaurant.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
Yes. Please specify in your booking of any dietary restrictions your party has and our staff can identify appropriate offerings. Due to our constantly evolving menus, we can make accommodations on a case-by-case basis.
Is Prime Seafood Place wheelchair accessible?
Yes - Please kindly let us know in advance when booking.
Do you do take-out orders or delivery?
We are a dine-in restaurant. We do our best to accomodate desserts ‘to-go’, subject to availability.
Is parking available at Prime Seafood Palace?
Curbside parking available on Queen Street West after 7pm
There is also a paid parking east of the restaurant on Shaw Street.
